Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellations After Purchase

All products offered on our website are artistic digital works such as sound packs, samples, and presets. Because these are instantly downloadable digital goods, we do not provide cancellations or refunds once a purchase has been completed and the files have been accessed.

2. Instant Digital Delivery

Our digital items are delivered automatically via secure download links immediately after successful payment. Since access is provided instantly, cancellation or refund is not possible once the download process begins.

3. Refunds for Duplicate Payments Only

Refunds are issued only in cases of duplicate payments made for the same order. If you have accidentally been charged more than once, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction for verification and resolution.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded in the following situations:

• Once digital files have been downloaded or accessed
• After successful payment and delivery
• Due to change of mind or accidental purchase
• Because of compatibility or user-side technical issues

5. File Access Issues

If your files are corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible, we’ll promptly send you a new download link or replacement version after verification. Refunds are not applicable in such cases, but we’ll ensure you receive the full product you paid for.

6. Refund Processing

If your duplicate payment refund request is approved, it will be credited within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
